*Cancellation Policy

• 24 hours notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a $20 deposit will be required upon booking your next appointment. The deposit will be credited towards the service booked.
• No call no shows will be required to pay a $40 deposit upon booking your next appointment. Half of the deposit will be credited towards the service booked. If another no call no show occurs for that appointment, your deposit will be lost and you will no longer be able to schedule an appointment with me.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, your service may be cut short or not completed. If we cannot complete your service, it will be considered a no call no show.
• If you show up to your appointment sick and contagious, I will not be completing your service. Please understand that getting sick costs me a lot of money and a lot of time having to reschedule my upcoming appointments.

I understand that emergency situations do not always allow you to give 24 hours notice. Upon my judgement, there may or may not be a deposit or fee required. Contacting me before your scheduled appointment time is an important factor.
